I learned to be aware of incorporating MUFA into my daily diet. Yeah, finally an excuse for dark choc, and avocados which I get every time in my Chipotle Burrito...he hee... I also eat cheese a lot because it is good for you!

* Nuts and nut oils (peanut, walnut)
* Seeds and seed oils (sesame, flaxseed)
