For the goal: eat healthy
Breakfast is the most important meal that give one energy so shouldn't be skipped. During weekdays, work hours can be tight... try to keep the same hours to eat your lunch. For often business lunches, don't over eat or talk. If you know you're going to talk most of the time, eat something ahead. Try to keep the dinner light around the same time as your stomach feels like. Don't eat and go to bed straight.
