For the goal: Worry less
When people worry, it is more like a form of excessive thinking. They don't know the subject well enough, so they replace the facts with imagination. Sometimes this simply drives more worries. I'd recommend to study more about your worry subject, i.e. by researching or talking with friends/experts in the field. When more facts are revealed about the subject, it is much easier to have a logical thinking about the steps to take.
