Kathryn: The instructors are great people, modeling healthy habits and kindness to the children, plus the kids get a great work out. My kids love gymnastics!
Jeff: The teachers are somewhat hit or miss and the place seems pretty disorganized but my daughter loves it. Some of the teachers are great. And you can definitely go well past 8 years old. I know kids who are at least 11. My daughter really liked their summer/vacation camps as well
