Southeast 67 Documentary Viewing & Discussion

Friday 4/06, 6:30pm - 9pm, Cambridge Friends School, Meeting Hall

During the crack epidemic in Washington, D.C. during the 1980s, 67 seventh-graders are promised college scholarships by area businessmen. As they grow up, the students struggle to reconcile the dream of college with surviving in a violent community. Steve Bumbaugh, one of the educators who made the film, will facilitate a talkback after the screening.
