Kitchen Science: Making Butter

What do milk, salt, food coloring and straws have in common? They're all kept in the kitchen and they're all great for doing science experiments! Join us mix, build, predict and experiment.

This month, explore the chemistry of milk and cream while you use some old-fashioned muscle to make your own batch of butter!
