FREE summer workout series at Raymond Park! Free fitness classes (yoga and more) will be taught by a variety of instructors every Thur. night (6:30-7:30pm) and Sat. mornings (9-10am) from June 21st through August 30th. (EXCEPTIONS: NO CLASSES will be held on July 7, 19 or 21st or August 11th.)
Meet at the basketball courts, bring your own mat and water. Note: On two Saturdays, August 18 and 25th, there will be half hour family yoga sessions from 9:30-10 am, geared towards kids and their caregivers. Reminders will be sent/posted each week.

Class involves different timed formats of HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) utilizing straight bodyweight for amazing aerobic, strength, functional and metabolic workouts. This class is ideal for anyone who wants to get it done fast and are challenging, but fun! There are different modifications for every exercise and taking breaks according to your body's needs is always emphasized!
