MIT Great Glass Pumpkin Patch

Saturday 9/29, 10am - 3pm, Kresge Oval, MIT campus

The MIT Great Glass Pumpkin Patch is an annual sale of more than 2,000 handmade glass pumpkins -- lovingly created by students and instructors at the MIT Glass Lab. Prices range from $5 to over $1,000. Most pumpkins are in the range of $50 to $350. Every pumpkin is unique. Arrive early for a good selection. Proceeds from this event benefit The MIT Glass Lab, where the MIT community can learn and practice the art of glassblowing. The sale takes place on Kresge Oval, at the heart of MIT's campus.

There will be a preview opening the evening before the sale, on Friday, September 28th from 5-8PM (no sales - viewing only). The sale is on Saturday, September 29th, from 10AM to 3PM. Free and open to the public.
